What Dad & Company Delivers
Dad & Company is a structured, evidence-informed curriculum delivered through group sessions, with flexibility for in-person, virtual, or hybrid participation. The program focuses on strengthening the father, while intentionally engaging the co-parenting team. Participants develop practical tools to:
- Strengthen communication and conflict-management skills
- Build co-parenting relationships rooted in respect and accountability
- Increase emotional intelligence and relational awareness
- Improve financial stability and shared responsibility
- Foster safe, supportive environments for children
The Dad & Company curriculum connects personal growth to real-life parenting and partnership challenges, and each action-oriented session is designed to be interactive and reflective.

- Support healthy marriage and co-parenting relationships
- Reduce relational conflict and promote safe, stable family environments
- Strengthen fathers’ capacity to lead within their families
- Improve economic stability through shared planning and responsibility
- Reinforce positive outcomes for children through cooperative parenting
The program centers fathers, while honoring parenting as a team effort.
Who Should Enroll
Dad & Company is designed for fathers who are:

Actively co-parenting or preparing to co-parent

Interested in effective communication with their child’s other parent or support circle

Married, unmarried, separated, or navigating blended families

Open to learning, reflection, and personal growth
Co-parents, spouses, and other key members of the parenting support system are encouraged to participate alongside dads.
Program Access and Eligibility
Dad & Company is made possible through a five-year federal grant awarded by the Office of Family Assistance. This funding allows Fathers Incorporated to offer the program through its Gentle Warriors Academy at no cost to eligible participants.
The program is currently available to fathers and families residing primarily in:
- Metro Atlanta
- Columbus, Georgia
Space is limited, and enrollment is based on eligibility criteria aligned with grant guidelines.
